Commercial kitchen equipment failures are stressful and operating your business without your commercial kitchen equipment isn’t possible.

 

What can you do when something in your kitchen breaks down or stops working properly?

It really depends on which piece of commerical kitchen equipment is faulty.

But there are a few simple things that you can check:

1. Is the power connected and turned on?

2. If there is water connected to the piece of equipment is it connected properly and turned on?

3. Are the doors sealing properly (check the seals/gaskets and are the seals free from debris)?
